I want to give NEET exam but my 12th in Maharashtra Board marks are less than 150 in PCB (general), so I am not eligible. can I give retest of 12th to get better marks so that I can give NEET.
Ans: Hi, Being a retest candidate is considered a second attempt in +2. I think the medical council will not allow admission to medicine. Instead, you can consider B.Pharm / Pharm D.

To join, the following are the requirements:

For pharm D: Minimum qualification for admission to. – a) Pharm.D. Part-I Course – A pass in any of the following examinations - (1) 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology. (2) A pass in D.Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. (3) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.

FOR B.PHARM:
Minimum qualification for admission to – A. First year B. Pharm – A pass in any of the following examinations - i. Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually. “However, the students possessing 10+2 qualification from non-formal and non-class rooms based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling, open school systems of States etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B.Pharm Course.” ii. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course. Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration as the case may be from time to time.

My daughter has completed BSc in Life Science and Masters in Microbiology in June 2024. She is searching/applyin for jobs in pharma companies but no success Please guide
Ans: Hi Sir,

I am glad to hear that she has completed her MSc in Microbiology. Could you let me know what type of project she worked on during her final year? Additionally, what skills has she acquired during her postgraduate studies? While eligibility might be determined by her percentage, it's important to note that skills play a significant role in the job market.

Did she complete an internship in the pharma industry? Nowadays, many candidates claim to have experience, but often lack competency in their subjects.

One essential aspect is preparing her resume. She should highlight her skills, any internships she has completed, and the projects she worked on during her postgraduate program.

Industries are currently facing various challenges due to human resource issues, making them cautious in selecting candidates for specific roles.

I also recommend that she consider an internship at Biocon for six months. They have an academy focused on biotech-related training, and completing this prograHi Sir,

Hello sir, I'm B.pharm graduate and I'm very much interested for doing job in Aviation in high position but i don't know how to get through. Please suggest something
Ans: Hi Lalisa,

Congratulations on your interest in pursuing a career in army aviation! However, I’m curious why you chose to study B.Pharm. Instead of B.Pharm, you might have considered attending the Army Academy (NDA). If you had done that, you would have already graduated and could have advanced further by now.

Nonetheless, there is still an opportunity for you to pursue aviation. Here are the details:

To become an Army Aviation Officer, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

- **Nationality:** You must be a citizen of India.
- **Education:** You need a minimum of a three-year degree from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent. (Graduation with minimum three years degree course in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.)
- **Age Requirements:** The age requirements vary based on the entry scheme, but generally, applicants should be between 19 and 27 years old.
- **Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT):** You must pass the PABT.
- **Indian Military Academy:** You can join the corps directly after graduating from the Indian Military Academy.

After commissioning, there will be a two-year attachment with a fallback arm.

Best wishes!

Working pharma industry for 2 decades and building business with eticsl practice but for last 2 years management is using discount in various states ,as a result for GST , as my state doesn't have discount, stocks comes in from different states and we are degrowing for 2 years. On the contrary hierarchy knows everything but not ready to accept and asking me to leave . What can be done to stop this corruption on legal front.
Ans: Hi,

Your concern is about the stability of your job, despite having expertise and skills. You are facing challenges due to GST and Ethics in Business.

I want to commend you for maintaining ethical business practices for the past two decades. Taxation is a common aspect of business, practiced worldwide, including in developed countries. Although some countries may have exceptions, it's important to note that in India, we have transitioned from various taxation systems to GST from VAT. Compared to VAT, GST offers numerous advantages for consumers and business people involved in procurement, manufacturing, and sales. One of the main benefits is transparency in business operations, allowing for comprehensive tracking from start to finish. Due to this enhanced transparency, illegal vendors are facing difficulties with GST.

Therefore, I advise you not to worry about GST in your business. Instead, focus on collecting and sharing information related to your business with your management. If the management does not listen or is not convinced by your expertise and ideas, I suggest considering leaving the organization. With your skills and expertise, you can explore opportunities in other organizations or even start your own business. Additionally, the current central government is supporting entrepreneurship by providing financial assistance for startups.

So, do not worry and proceed confidently.

I want to persue my masters but because of some health issues i am not able to join regular college should i opt for distance course . Will it be helpful if i am interested in teaching .
Ans: Hey, if you're thinking about becoming a teacher, I recommend going for a traditional in-person course instead of an online or distance learning program. You'll learn better in a regular class setting compared to online courses. So, I suggest pursuing your postgraduate studies through a traditional program

I know that traditional program will be better but my health is a concern here is the prblm . I get sick as i consume food from outside or hostel foods . Cooking everyday will be also a difficult job as one has to attend classes also . Please suggest what will be best as i have also taken year gap bcz of this concern. And if i go for distance learning program will it be a waste or be beneficial for my future.
Ans: "I strongly suggest that you attend regular classes instead of virtual ones. While virtual classes offer many teaching methods, they cannot replace traditional in-person learning. Additionally, you may not receive as much support in virtual classes.

Cooking before attending classes should not be an issue. You have already completed your undergraduate degree and are mature enough to handle this for a maximum of 10 months. In your second year of postgraduate studies, you will be working on a project, so food issues will not be a concern at that time.

To succeed in life, it is important to plan your day in advance. As a woman, cooking should not be an issue.

I cook my food on a daily basis and go to work (working as an associate professor). I handle 3 subjects (chemistry-based) and need to teach for 4-5 hours a day. Compared to students, teachers have to prepare a lot. If I feel stressed about food concerns, it becomes very difficult for me to focus during classes.
So, for better knowledge acquisition, attend regular classes."

I gave my fist attempt with class 12th , so should I go to Abroad for MBBS or take 1 drop year for second attempt?
Ans: HI PARI,
I suggest considering studying medicine in India instead of going abroad. The reason is NEET. Because of NEET, you have options. If you wish to pursue medicine in foreign countries, you need to appear for NEET and meet the eligibility criteria. Although the basic medical education is the same, the medical council insists on completing the licensure exam in India. Nowadays, even Indian medical students need to meet these eligibility criteria. If you want to pursue medical education in foreign countries, you need to go through agents, which can lead to a lot of issues. It's better to complete the basic medical course in India and pursue your postgraduate studies abroad.

Now that you are familiar with NEET from your first attempt, don't worry about the past. Prepare confidently for your second attempt and appear for NEET with strong preparation.
ALL THE BEST.
